Alagaësia
A self-hosted homelab that grew from an old desktop into a small cluster. Everything here runs on hardware in my closet.
overview
A compact 10-inch rack running a virtualization cluster, network-attached storage, and a segmented UniFi network. It hosts the services on the home page — plus monitoring, dashboards, and an isolated lab for security work. Built incrementally, with verification at every step.

what it runs
philosophy
Segmentation first, minimal surface area, and a bias toward understanding why things break over pattern-matching fixes. Lean configs, few dependencies, and infrastructure that's meant to be set-and-forget.
