about
I'm a cybersecurity professional who likes to understand systems by taking them apart. Most of what I do lives where security, infrastructure, and automation overlap — standing up labs, breaking them on purpose, and wiring AI into the workflow wherever it earns its place.
I run Linux everywhere, keep my tooling lean, and care more about why something works than whether it simply does.

projects
- Homelab A segmented, self-hosted homelab I build, break, and document.
- Offensive Security Lab Isolated Active Directory attack range for hands-on red-team practice.
- Wireless Security Researching monitor-mode USB adapters and packet-capture tooling on Linux.
- AI Tooling Building an async, multi-agent LLM pipeline across local and cloud models.
- Autocross Developing a 2004 Mazda Miata as a dual-duty autocross and street platform.
off the clock
Away from the keyboard, I'm usually building something, driving my Miata, traveling somewhere, or finding an excuse to get outside. I like to spend my free time hiking, camping, reading, and playing video games, with the occasional autocross event thrown in for good measure.
If I'm not doing any of those things, I'm probably finding a new rabbit hole to fall into.
how i work
Start with first principles. Understand the problem before reaching for the fix. Make the tradeoffs explicit, build incrementally, and verify as you go. Keep the system lean, avoid unnecessary dependencies, and never mistake “it works” for “I understand why it works.”
